Bacchus has been the best most under-rated pizza in the area…in NY..for years. However something changed recently. I don’t know if it was a one-off but their flour or dough changed. Not in a good way. What happened?!?
Excellent vibe and interesting food choices what really makes the experience is the super down to earth staff that seems to know their crowd. Asia especially was a breath of fresh air with quality recommendations and exceptional service. I will definitely be back
We have always been fans as our daughter is going to college in Troy. We went last night at about 5:30 and had to wait about 25 minutes...not a problem...we said that we would just have a drink at the bar. However, someone later identified as the owner told us that customers eat at the bar and we had to move back so others could sit and eat. I was really surprised as all of our many experiences have been very good.
