Ordered multiple pizzas. Two came with no sauce (one should have been a white pizza). Margherita pizza with no sauce? Ridiculous. Instead, they put whole tomatoes on top. Lazy and cheap. Never had pesto that tastes sweet, and hope to never have it again. Not sure how the hell you screw that up. The attached photo is of three different types of pizza.

We have always been fans as our daughter is going to college in Troy. We went last night at about 5:30 and had to wait about 25 minutes...not a problem...we said that we would just have a drink at the bar. However, someone later identified as the owner told us that customers eat at the bar and we had to move back so others could sit and eat. I was really surprised as all of our many experiences have been very good.

Love this quirky yet cozy and super-cool spot. A great thing about Troy is the old buildings there have cool nook-like spaces such as this. The wood fired wings were really good - not straight down the middle typical Buffalo wings, but very good (with top notch bleu cheese.). “Medium” had just the right amount of heat for us. Pizza was very good too. Look forward to going back. Recommend.

Went out for a late night bite with kiddo and boyfriend. Atmosphere was great, the waitress we had was very friendly, on point, refilled as well as took plates out of the way pretty quickly! Food was AMAZING!! Would recommend for a late night out for a quick bite and drink!

Love this restaurant. The food and staff are amazing. We usually order pizza and wings but on Wednesdays their steak dinner is a must.

Had a pizza from here a couple of months ago and it was truly delicious. About a month ago I decided I wanted to try their spaghetti. It was not good at all. I originally ordered it to go but decided to just eat it there. Apparently no one ever does that because that bartender acted like that was the weirdest thing she'd ever seen. That's the only reason I can think that they decided to put those dry burnt meatballs with the order. Maybe they thought since I was leaving with the order that I wouldn't be there to complain about it. It wasn't even subtle. Those meatballs looked bad right away. I tried them but nope! I just ate the spaghetti and left the meatballs right on the plate. When the bartender took my plate she didn't even ask about why the meatballs were uneaten and she already had me feeling like I was straight from outer space for changing my mind and deciding to eat there. I just paid my bill and left. Won't be back.

I had a great meal this past weekend at Bacchus. I love the atmosphere here. The food was incredible, the garlic bread was delicious and so was the artichoke dip and the pesto shrimp pizza. I would highly recommend calling ahead of time if you have a larger party to make sure you can get seated!Vegetarian options: Some good options!Parking: Street parking, can be hit or miss.Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs, I didn’t see a ramp.

Got offered a very unique seating area in a cave like setting. There was chalk to leave your mark on the walls for this specific seating. Alagash Snow Report was a great beer. Garlic bread is a must!Wheelchair accessibility: Only stairs entrance. Would be challenging to maneuver.

This place is always a treat. The wood-fired pizza is of course a signature dish, and it does not disappoint. The pizza oven itself is something to behold, as it was crafted to bear the image of the Greek god Bacchus, with pizzas sliding in and out of his open mouth. Table service was friendly and attentive, topped off by a visit from owner Jim Scully (a great guy and lover of all things Troy). The atmosphere is rustic yet stylish. This is one of our favorite places to dine at, especially when partaking in the many downtown activities that make Troy a very unique and interesting city.

Best pizza in all of Troy. Delicious slices and impeccable service make this spot the undisputed champion for pizza enthusiasts in Troy. A must-try for those craving the best pizza in town!

Stopped by in their bar area, before going to the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall (which is directly across the street). Good selection of beers on tap (including some proprietary mixtures). Pizza was good and served quickly. Prices reasonable. Staff were helpful and very friendly. We will certainly go back. Great place.
