Fabulous to look at—sheet cake with buttercream icing. Fact is, it was awful, not like cakes ordered there in the past. The frosting was like calk! Would NOT come off plate or untensil in dishwasher—had to work at it by hand. Imagine how it adhered to the stomach! No one took a slice home, and that had been a longstanding tradition.

The cannolis and rolls are delicious. Friendly staff are patient and allow you to look if you're uncertain of what to order. Price range is decent and just nice environment overall.

I am missing something...not only was the customer service super unfriendly, but when I asked what was in a lobster tail, she told me vanilla custard when it was whipped cream (bought 2 and one was missing the tail), and then I got a chocolate rollini (sp?), which was all dried out inside. $18 for a few pastries. Also the Italian cookies were all dried out. This place is highly overrated with unfriendly service to boot.

What's there to say. It's the best bakery in the capital region. Whether you indulge a little or a lot in pastries and cakes.. Friday's they serve the best little round Pizza for a buck a piece and also they have Jeanettes idk if im saying it right its that lemon type soft cloudy cookie with clear icing on top. Oh boy if your dieting dont go in side you'll definitely go off your diet. But that's okKid-friendliness: Um... It's a bakery
