As someone who was diagnosed with celiac disease in my late 20’s it has been an adjustment, and traveling is nearly impossible it feels like. I work in healthcare and knowing I would be in the Albany area for a weekend I wanted to decrease my time in the kitchen, and try whatever food I could safely consume. I have little trust in reviewed gluten free restaurants or bakeries, due to not everyone being as sensitive as myself. When I came across this via the find me gluten free app, I know I had to try it. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left and ate my sandwich I was amazed. The owner was kind and knowledgeable. I felt safe eating anything on the menu, and I honestly did not even know what to get! The menu had many items that I have not been able to eat in years since being diagnosed, but I went with the chicken Parmesan sandwich and got a pizza for later. Let me tell you, this was the best chicken Parmesan sandwich I have ever had, and this includes back to the time I was consuming gluten. It was fresh, had so much flavor, and the roll that it was on, TO DIE FOR! Everything was made fresh, and did not taste gluten free, made me a little scared, since most gluten free items are not the greatest tasting. The little donut holes are amazing! I can’t even describe them, they are soft and light like a fried dough, but the cinnamon on them, they just melt in your mouth without making you feel guilty for eating a donut! I could go on and on, this place is a must try, and I will be going back!Dietary restrictions: Dedicated gluten free facility. Does not utilize almond substitutes, and is aware of other food allergies. Very knowledgeable. I have celiac and a tree nut allergy.

Finally made it to this spot after hearing So Manu good things about it! And it all lived up to the hype!! Wow so good!!! The breakfast Sammy was Insane good! The bread was buttery and deeeelicious!! Followed that up with some fresh chicken tenders that were so flavorful and crispy! The owner makes his own bread crumb mix and it is Absolutely incredible! Left with some glazed donuts, so apple cinnamon donuts, Oreo cheesecake cupcakes, and cookies. All have tasted so damn good! Can’t wait to be back! If you haven’t been you really need to make it out here! Cannot go wrong!

For example, the owner threw in an extra glazed donut and it tasted amazing. The food is amazing along with the owner. RUN don’t walk to get a gluten free glazed donut from here! Everyone is super nice and helpful. The bread on the gluten free egg and cheese is super fluffy and delicious.The apple cider munchkin/ fritter was also fantastic, everything is a 10/10.

The owner was so nice and personable! I had a warm cider doughnut and a buffalo chicken sandwich and I must say it was one of the best I’ve ever had! I will be making a special trip there ASAP!
If you want gluten free bread sweets pizza either crust or made up they are the best you can even get lunch they have a few tables outside we feel confident that GF is being respected
