Gave this place another chance after a year away—huge mistake. Still filthy, and everyone working there looks horrific and completely unprofessional. Employees handling food were unkempt, covered in pet hair, and clearly ignoring basic hygiene.
I watched workers wiping their noses numerous times and coughing into their hands while prepping food. After one bite, I found a long black hair in my bowl. No refund was offered—just a remake under the same unsanitary conditions. I threw it out and left.
Absolutely disgusting. Never returning.

Walked in December 15, 2025 at 8:40PM. I was advised by the 3 young ladies working that they were done serving food at that point.
I walked up to the make line, to verify. I reiterated, that you guys close at 9, to which they responded but we shut down 30 minutes prior. I’m 100% sure the owners wouldn’t go for that. Very frustrating & disappointing because I love your steak & shrimp bowls.
Only the way out one of the young ladies stated “he really walked up here to verify” & they crew all laughed.
Going forward, I’ll just go to chipotle & continue to share my experience with co workers & family in the capital region to avoid this location.

Food is very fresh and good. Unfortunately, when grub hub didn’t deliver my food, the worker speaking to in person at the establishment was extremely rude, disrespectful, and did not uphold the promise made to rectify the incorrect/non delivered order. This was my second time ordering from them, first time was perfectly fine, 8/10, but the customer service representative was lifeless, rude, and didn’t live up to promises made beforehand.
*Disclaimer: Person spoken with on phone vs at establishment worker were different individuals. Man on phone was polite and accommodating. Employee at establishment was the opposite.

Their queso is superior! The burritos are sooooo good …..but please bring back breakfast burritos 💥💥💥🙌🏼🔥❤️❤️
Nice sized burritos, but they go a little heavy on the rice. I ordered the grilled chicken burrito with white rice, pinto beans, cheese, sour cream, queso, cilantro, and Chipotle crema. I first time I ordered it, it was delicious, the last couple times the chicken was a bit too salty. I would like to try some of the other proteins in the future. I wish they offered yellow rice and refried beans, maybe something to consider.

Last time coming here. Got a bowl, all they had was chicken and very old ground beef. Ended up getting the chicken, but the rice was so old it was clumped together, not really edible. The chicken was dry from being old. Chipotle has it's off days depending on the staff, but this was a new low for a basic bowl. I can tell why they would probably prefer you order online based on the walk in set up. Go anywhere else.
