The Burger King in Troy, New York, is one of the worst places to go, especially tonight. My daughter wanted Burger King, so we decided to stop by. As a paying customer who simply wanted my food made fresh, I always ask for it to be prepared off the grill. But when I went back to ask for it to be made the right way, the girl who made it the first time actually said she hoped I would burn my mouth! I was furious.
To make matters worse, the manager seemed more upset about my reaction than about what she just said to them in the back and I heard her. They all heard her. Instead of addressing her inappropriate comment, the manager more upset at me for calling her out on it

I like the whopper. The new impossible version is just as good. Definitely worth the trip and price. The new chicken wraps are great too and I hope they keep them on the menu. The people working here are really friendly and go above and beyond ! I can't give the food or atmosphere a 5 as it's just a regular old fast food restaurant but this is what I wanted at the time and the staff handled my order with no issues.

Please read review in entirety. I typically do not get involved in policy and base my reviews on experience. Today we attended a final service for one our our favorite employees at this location. After conversation we found out she’s using sick time for her husbands final services and has to return back to work because she isn’t management she isn’t eligible for bereavement time per corporate policy. Burger King should be ashamed of itself. She’s been working for this company for years through a very long cancer battle for her husband. Let me be clear this location is great. Food is always hot and fresh, wait times minimal and all the staff friendly. My review is solely for Bk corporation. You’ve raised the prices to sit down service prices, not updating your stores or paying employees more. You have a great staff at this location and refuse basic human decency. This location in particular is always dependable, has pleasant staff, and has good food. I'm am no longer both angry and hungry. Cheers!

We were driving to Vermont and found this spot .. we’re hungry and stopped here for lunch . There was also a Dunkin next door . Was very comfortable to buy both the food and coffee .. location wise it was good. 👍 lots of other shops around too. Lots of space inside to sit and eat. Nice washroom facilities .
Service was good . The employee was smiling and did a great job 👏 … nice and quick service . Billing was also quick . Got a chicken burger and it was on. Could have been more crispy but it was fresh and good . Onion rings was also ok .👍. Good experience overall .. 4 stars !

Typically my go-to BK and they usually never get it wrong but the two cooks in the back should probably find a new job… I ordered a rodeo chicken off the fryer (aka made fresh) and add cheese. They didn’t add cheese and instead added mayo. I’m pregnant and anyone who has been pregnant knows that when you’re craving something, you gotta have that one thing. So I went in and showed the receipt where it states “add cheese” and explained it to the lady at the counter. She was completely understanding and went to tell the girls in the back (I can hear everything) - the one girl (not the one with the long braids) said “another one?!” “She didn’t ask for cheese.” “Does she want it off the fryer again? Don’t ask her, she’s getting it how it is.” “It doesn’t get mayo on it?” All with an attitude. The lady did ask if I wanted it off the fryer again and I said yes, she told them and the girl with the red long braids made it and didn’t make it off the fryer (I literally watched her make it). If you’re going to have an attitude, be argumentative and about ready to fight because of YOUR mistake, find a job that doesn’t involve customers. All I’m gonna say is they’re lucky I’m pregnant and didn’t engage in them baiting me because I have a mouth and I’m not afraid to hop a counter and prove a point. Next customer they wanna be slick to, they might not be so lucky. As for the girl working drive thru and the other older lady working drive thru/counter, thank you for being so nice.
Burger King was as I would expect. Warm fries never hot - cold bun was removed for a bread free Whopper. It would have been all over my car if I had not been so clever using the buns to slide the great tasting Whopper contents into my hungry pie hole.
