We ordered the half pound of chicken nuggets with fries. Got about five chicken nuggets in the bag mostly fries the crispy fries were good aside from the half a pound of salt that was on them. The chicken was definitely white meat but it was really dry . We also ordered chicken fries but for some reason we got some kind of Buffalo chicken salad with a ton of celery in it and tiny little pieces of chicken. This was spread out over a layer of soggy fries definitely not something we would order again. you can order online but it goes through mealeo. The seasoning for the chicken was very good it might have just been that it was late and they may have been sitting for a while. When we got home we were charged for buffalo chicken fries that's not exactly buffalo chicken fries it's more like a layer of french fries with tiny little pieces of chicken mixed in Buffalo sauce spread across the top of the French fries and some celery chopped up in there. So we basically paid $31 for French fries because that's mostly with the meal ended up being . Won't be ordering from here again they had good reviews but definitely not good food.

Paid extra for fried chicken breast and didn’t get it. Grilled chicken was hard and my wrap was sopping with dressing. The Mac and cheese was good though!

The good has always been outstanding. The service however, with our last order, is very questionable. We were missing part of our order, a sandwich/sub. We've called twice to the fix the situation. The first phone call we were asked what did we want then to do about it. The second call we sorry to speak with a manager since the first person was so rude. That time they were too busy. Honestly, had the person answering the phone just been polite(and yes we were and had zero attitude) I wouldn't even leave this review.

Service was terrible asked for a 4 piece all dark meat and the Dude in the back said I can only get it how it comes which is weird because any other chicken spot (Popeyes KFC etc) would do it especially for paying customer like why do I have to eat wut You want to serve Me if I'm the one paying for My food?? And honestly the food was not that great fries were stale coleslaw had no flavor no salt pepper nothing and even the chicken was lacking seasonings this place used yo be so much better idk what happen but it was definitely not up to par won't be going there again!!
