Sadly, I was not impressed by my acai bowl. There were several frozen chunks of acai in my bowl and the flavors were underwhelming. Not to mention, I spent $16 for a small bowl (insane!). Disappointed 😩

Collar City Cold pressed is right down the block from where I live. It is so wonderful to walk into the beautifully decorated space with large windows overlooking 2nd Street. Their smoothies are heavenly, and their juices are fresh, crisp and delicious. I particularly like their baked goods. They have the best oatmeal cookies I have ever tasted! The folks that work there are super friendly and fun to converse with.

"The Cure" has felt like it literally cured me more than once, and I love being able to take a walk to their shop or the Farmer's Market to get all my veggies in one cup -- or a bagel with house-made cream cheese! The ladies in the shop are super friendly and make a point to know all their customers -- who are also pretty sweet and add to the inviting neighborhood hangout vibes. Highly recommend you stop in and give it a try!
