This place NEVER disappoints. I sometimes stop in the mornings and grab a breakfast sandwich. They are so good!!! Hot, Fresh and made with real eggs. Not those frozen things other places offer. I have also had their pizza, subs and sides (mac & cheese is great) and they are always fresh, and very tasty. The service is excellent, and everyone is always smiling and upbeat when you go in. Be prepared though.... Lunchtime the place is hopping and have some patience with the traffic as they are near HVCC. Give them a try! You will NOT be disappointed.

I would like to give it 5 stars, the food is incredible, but the staff on Sunday afternoon is not the best, rude when responding just for asking a question and the endless waiting times even when the store is empty.

I want to give them a 5 because the food is always amazing. The workers in the evening are not the brightest. They cannot get an order right. The last 6 orders I have had only 1 has been correct. I ordered in person the last time and had to repeat my order 3 times and got home and it was still wrong. The subs are amazing and the store has a variety of items but the current staff in the evening is not with it mentally or is just disengaged.
Update: was here last week for sub. The owner should do an undercover boss or send in a recon team so he can see the customer service from the night crew. I had to repeat my order 4 times for it to be correct. I would not be shocked if they were stoned because that is how confused they all were. It was not busy. They were all over the place.

The Best subs in the capital district period ! A full-length sub is actually two meals ( unless your name is Joey Chestnut ). Order ahead and it's ready for pickup when you get there. My favorite is the Capicola with Swiss toasted with jalapeños, oil & vinegar, but lately, we have been getting the Italian mixed with provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, onions & pickles with oil and vinegar dressing. No matter your choice, it will be huge and delicious ! Thank you, Deli and Brew, for your outstanding food and service !

This place is way too crowded. Not enough employees, they are overworked and it interferes with the ordering process. You got one poor lady making sandwiches for 10 people and cashing them out at the same time. Got a bunch of people screaming messing up orders, cash register barely works and the stupid minimum payment gets really irritating after a while. Quality of food is mid too. Only thing this place got going for them is Chris’s coffee. Otherwise they charge way too much for mid food and bad service. Go to Bubbakoo Burritos or any restaurant down the street and you’ll get better.

Went here yesterday morning. Ordered 5 subs, 90 dollars. Roast beef is over cooked, forgot items on 3 of the 5 subs, didn't cut subs as requested. Counter girl asked 3 x what we wanted on them and they still got it wrong. Maybe write it down.

The best part of the wilted lettuce was the giant end piece that was half an inch thick. On top of the meat end that was also close to a 1/4 inch.
