I would say 3/5 times I go to this location, my order is wrong in some way, shape, or form (and this is being generous). I will be missing/incorrect food items, drinks will be made wrong, etc. I understand mistakes happen but, it’s more often than not & there is never any kind of apology - they act annoyed. I try to avoid the location because of this, but it is only 2 minutes from my place, so often is the most convenient. Yesterday they did not have the food item I had ordered, and did not inform me of this until after I had already paid for said item. A refund was issued, but again, no apology & it was just another strike. Today, I was refused food because “ovens were down for the night”. I was told this at 5:26 PM… they close at 7 PM. As a Dunkin employee myself, turning ovens off over an hour and a half before closing time is absolutely ridiculous. Going forward I will be choosing to spend my money at one of the numerous other Dunkin locations in the area, and I suggest you do as well.

I only come here because the spot is convenient and the employees are very nice but the coffee I got was very burnt I asked for another one which the employee apologized about and I really appreciated that and gave her another tip but the coffee was burnt again. I only stick to the teas and fruit drinks here they’re always good

REPEAT THE ORDER BACK TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GET IGNORED WHEN I ASK FOR LESS ICE THERE IS TOO MUCH PRESSURE AT THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW TO BE QUICK, NOT ALLOWING ME TO INSPECT MY ORDER. LESS ICE DOES NOT MEAN FILL THE CUP UP WITH ICE. LIFE IS TOO EXPENSIVE TO NOT GET WHAT IM ASKING FOR. I ASKED FOR THE $6 MEAL DEAL AND WANTED A BAGEL, I WAS GIVEN A CROISSANT!!! Absolutely not worth your money. They cant even read a delivery order receipt fully to know whats in the order. Always missing things, literally always it never fails!!! Waste of money and time and anyone who works morning shift on mondays needs to be talked to because they clearly can not make orders properly. Not only that when they out of donuts instead of calling to let you know they just pick a random donut for u. Ridiculous!!

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I visited here on two different occasions and on both occasions I stood at the counter while employees walked past me without any acknowledgment whatsoever understanding that they are busy but stood several minutes before I was waited on. Want somebody was ready to take my order they didn't say hello it didn't say thank you they acted like it was a chore serving me. Most likely will be the last time I enter this building
