Every single time I come here, doesnt matter the time of day, they never have the donuts my kids are interested in. My kids know exactly what donuts they want usually glazed, double chocolate and Boston creme. Usually I will convince them to go with other choices but one of my children has autism and will only eat glazed. So when glazed is out I have to ask for a refund and go someplace else. Today they were out of most of there donuts at 1:30pm. Because this happens every single time I come, I will no longer be stopping at this dunkin location.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The employee who took my order over the headset, identified as Jade on my receipt, was unprofessional and discourteous. I approached the interaction politely and respectfully, so her attitude was both unprovoked and unnecessary. This type of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I strongly encourage Dunkin' Donuts to re-evaluate staff assignments to ensure that individuals with appropriate customer service skills are placed in positions that involve direct communication with customers. Professionalism and courtesy should be a standard expectation.

I ordered 20mins ahead of time that way my order is ready to go when I come in. My bagel was cold…and guess what????!!!! NO CREAM CHEESE ON A BAGEL???? who eats a bagel with no cream cheese…..a cold bagel. I waited an extra 10 mins for them to make my coffee…keep in mind I ordered 20mins ahead. (what is it with not checking what you put in the bags and checking orders??)If I could give zero stars i would. the workers are beyond rude and uptight. they were using profanity with each other while working in front of customers. They need to get it together…will never order from here ever again.

Service isn't that fast as a rule and they're often out of items. Order accuracy is probably about as good as any fast food place, which is to say doublecheck your order and make sure you got everything. With big mistakes the managers here have been pretty good about making it right even when corporate won't.

Review as a delivery driver. While store was dead outside of mobile orders the employees ignored me for about 5 minutes. Finally after acknowledging me they only listened to one of the orders I had to pick up. After giving me the first, they gave me an attitude for reminding them I had a second order

Painfully slow service with only 2 customers ahead of me to get a black coffee that I could see through to the bottom after I drank 1/2 of it. Definitely not up to coffee standards

When this location was first built, it was the best in the area. I’d drive out of my way just to go here. The service was quick, kind, and consistent. Lately every time I’m here, the lines are crazy long, the staff seems to rather chat than move efficiently, and they aren’t as friendly as they once were. The store is large and empty, the floor in the entry way has been torn up. The parking lot is impossible because of the line in the drive thru.
Now, rather than being my favorite, 5 star location, it’s an average 3 stars (probably 2 if I happen to wake up grumpy). Management must have shifted.
