Service isn't that fast as a rule and they're often out of items. Order accuracy is probably about as good as any fast food place, which is to say doublecheck your order and make sure you got everything. With big mistakes the managers here have been pretty good about making it right even when corporate won't.
When this location was first built, it was the best in the area. I’d drive out of my way just to go here. The service was quick, kind, and consistent. Lately every time I’m here, the lines are crazy long, the staff seems to rather chat than move efficiently, and they aren’t as friendly as they once were. The store is large and empty, the floor in the entry way has been torn up. The parking lot is impossible because of the line in the drive thru.

I’ve gone here many times on the way in to work and I wish I could say I’ve had the best coffee and service here. Also what is up with how they built the curb right next to the window? It’s impossible to pull up to the window at all.Donuts tend to be less fresh and often thrown carelessly into bags, like with the glaze facing down. Sometimes the napkins are directly on the glaze and remove it.More recently I got a lukewarm coffee, basically cold, when I ordered a midnight...
