Took my dad for a walk in downtown you. He has dimensia and I push him in a wheel chair. He grew up in Troy. Anyways he has to go to the bathroom. I bring him in and am going to get something cause it feels funny not. I get to the counter and they would not allow my dad to use the restroom. I'm pretty sure if your surviving food you have to have facilities. I tried reasoning with the clerks. Would not budge. Really sad. Jack in the box would have let him. We are up the road eating at the Greek place. I guess I should thank them. This is much better.

Yesterday I went to Dunkin and someone convinced me to get the Sabrina daydreaming strawberry drink and it wasnāt my cup of tea. I love the foam on the top but the actual drink tasted like a water down strawberry Creamsicle, but hey to each is own . thank you for the amazing service and the cleanliness of the Dunkin , you guys are amazing

terrible service! we ordered 4 drinks and the lady working at the time only gave us 3, we had to repeatedly ask for the 4th. asked for a medium drink and gave me a small black coffee, but charged me for the medium drink with customizations. very disappointed and will not be returning any time soon

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich while on my break from work. After paying I asked about the restrooms, to which I was informed "No unfortunately we don't have restrooms as they've been under construction." There was absolutely no sign to signify this, although on the front door of the establishment is a permanent sign that reads 'No public restrooms'. I can understand in this area not allowing the restrooms to be used by people who aren't customers. But this is NY State law... There are tables in the dining area signifying this isn't a place for quick transactions. A restroom is legally required and there clearly isn't one nor one 'under construction'. It's a safety and health concern that I can't use the restroom nor wash my hands prior to eating food. It was an obvious blatant lie and I will be making a formal complaint.
The sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel was anything but special. The bagel was pale and flavorless, the items were messy and appeared to be thrown on the bagel. I won't be back unless they fix these major issues. I'll also be sure to tell anyone in the area to avoid this place.

Rude staff so a man that is dirty unkept with a joint in his hand is allowed to charge his phone in the dining room where is clams to be corporate manager he is allowed to stay Iām told no Iām not allowed to be there because there closed just because either Iām white or I had a backpack which was my work lunch and change of clothing for work Iām so sick and tired of these black nut cases that left and right everything is you donāt like me because Iām black there the most racist people there are meanwhile they cater to there friends left and right especially if they have weed also corporate doesnāt shut down dinning rooms for Christmasās displays every table had a Christmas tree on it they just didnāt want any one there also I have been in far nicer Dunkinā Donuts where the seating aria looks more like a coffee shop with nice plush seats and small tables there so nice this one didnāt even have my tumblers I buy them all the time at one commerce place no tumblers here totally geto Dunkin

I made a purchase at this location. I left and went back into the location and a young lady told me that the lobby was closed and I couldn't wait in the lobby. Then I said, I just made a purchase. She said, sorry that's corporate orders. Should I have gotten my money back or what. That location isn't the best especially early morning, when Noone is outside.

So the shift leader in there likes to call the cops and peoples jobs lying to get them fired claiming to be the manger. She called my job and anotherās persons job. Told them I pissed on there menu board on camera mean while the real manager banned me for peeling on the rocks outside the dunking because they never let customers use the bathroom. Not only do they lie they also tell regular civilians what they doing. People in the street coming up telling me whatās going on with my situation is so unprofessional plus they liars. On top of all that the shift using narcotics before during and on her shift just thought should know . Be careful in that place , outside that place and around it.

Went to this location numerous times over the last couple weeks around 5:30 am . The store states itās open but the doors are still lock and there are no signs stating that the lobby closed . Would not recommend going unless you are doing drive through even then the service isnāt great
