Extremely lazy workers. Anytime you add an espresso shot to your drink order they will be too lazy to put it in and think you will not notice. This has happened multiple times. If we’re paying more money to add espresso, please just do your job and take the extra thirty seconds to do it. It’s not that hard.

Horrible drink. Ice cold, cup only half full. Asked if my order was correct, drive though attendant could not have been nicer. She apologized and offer to make a new one. I popped into store to get the new drink. They gave me the same one! Cold, half of cup. Only 2 other customers, don't busy.

Help is walking around looking at their cell phones bumping into each other. A coffee was set-up on the counter, I asked if it as mine, she said she had no idea! The place lacks adult supervision. 12:58pm
