They rush you out and don’t give you what you order I ordered 8 hash browns and a egg croissant and two coffees I got one hash, brown and egg croissant

Crazy how almost every time I get a Carmel latte I say I’m allergic to cinnamon please don’t put it they do every time! Then I tried to call to let them know and they neverrrrrr answer the phone!

I do not recommend working at this Dunkin. Extremely unprofessional. As a former employee I’ve witnessed multiple fights between employees and customers, I’ve witnessed them serving customers spoiled sourdough bread, the store is always filthy. Employees out back smoking marijuana on company time. Employees rolling marijuana in the dry stock area. It’s an absolute mess. The worst employment experience I’ve ever had with Dunkin.

Unfortunately, for me, this Dunkin’ Donuts is two minutes from my house. It is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts and the only one I don’t have to go out of my way for on my way to work. I go here every single morning Monday through Friday and I pretty much get the same thing, strawberry dragon, fruit refresher with less ice And pretty much every single time I have to ask them to add some actual refresher to it but if I go at night time the drink is always made perfectly, there is never any issue about about having a drink that is 90% green tea and 10% refresher but every single day it never fails my drink taste like shit and I have to ask them to fix it! because I asked for less ice, They give me extra green tea instead of just making it the same way you would with the ice there or not I spent so much money at Dunkin’ Donuts that it would just be nice to go through one time and not have to drink over and over again nighttime people have it together daytime crew doesn’t give a shit, when I asked them to fix my drink before and to actually fill my cup all the way she had the audacity to tell me well it has less in it because you wanted less ice… So I’m paying four dollars for basically a cup of green tea, and you won’t even fill the cup all the way because I wanted less ice in my cup because I have a 25 minute drive to work every day I don’t want a cup of ice that is going to melt smfh

Had my usual 6:00 am stop at the drive thru today. More than the normal line of cars. When I got to the order board I got my normal greeting, but was told it will take a little longer. Because the employee was the only employee on the store. I was ok with that. When I got to the window the employee was in tears and thanked me for being so nice. She said all other customers were being mean. I believe the employee did a great job and should be shown some type of appreciation. She was very quick to get all orders taken prepared and put the window.

I have been going there for over a year but will never go again after this new crew they have the last couple of months. The old crew was so nice, but I could not say the same for this one. It started by using 500 points for coffee. Had ordered ahead on my phone app. It took 500 points, but they did not give me my coffee. Show them on my phone. 500 points were taken, but they still refused my coffee. They knew I came there every morning but they did not care. The girl was awful rude to me. I told her I was going to call corporate, and she only laughed. I called and complained but nothing came of it. Only my 500 points were returned. If they can treat a customer that goes there every day like that. It is a shame. I am 70 years old and never been treated so rude. To top this !!!!.... Finally went there today 8/11/24.....a month after this incident...and I was refused service from a different crew member. They refused me service....I CAN NOT BELIVE HOW THEY ARE ALLOW TO TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT.....YOU CAN COMPLAIN AND NOTHING COMES FROM IT.

I swear!!! This Dunkin use to have it together but they have switched their entire staff about maybe 2 months ago!! And ever since...every single time I've gone there either all of my order or 1 thing in my order is wrong! This morning I ordered a small hot coffee with 1 Splenda and 3 cream...I get home and taste it and have to spit it out...I look at the tag....3 Splenda and 1 cream....SMDH!!!! Bring back the old staff!!! They were ON POINT!!! Unfortunately I will have to start visiting a different location!!!
