The worst experience with my order for breakfast. I purchased it for $7 through the Dunkin’ app and the amount was deducted from my bank account. I did not receive the order. I found the response. I went back to the bank ? and asked me to give you 250 points instead of the purchase amount. I only want my breakfast ?

this is absolutely terrible. everytime i order my iced americano with oatmilk, vanilla and a shot of expresso they always get it wrong. this time there was no vanilla at all. these workers dont know what they are doing and they dont care enough to get a simple coffee made correctly. how do they still even have

I pay for cappuccino and got a unsweetened iced coffee. They lock their door 40 minutes before closing time. No one was at their drive-through after i ordered wait 10 minutes I had to park my car and tell them I ordered something. Donuts taste old.

If I’m paying full price for drinks why aren’t my drinks full? Every time I go here they never fill it to the top and I just paid $10 for two drinks that weren’t even full

I once saw them allow a customer to be transphobic to a worker THEN serve that customer coffee. I understand as a worker you want to deescalate the situation get that customer out (who they call Tornado) ASAP but that enables the customers ugly behavior. You have the ability to ban customers. Do better please.

I go to this store alot. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick and efficient. Rebecca and the whole staff greet me with a smile and a happy " good morning" even at 5am!!
