Waiting 10 minutes and the staff wouldn't take our orders instead they took care of the drive thru and neglected the people who where waiting to place a order very discussed with Dunkin donuts I'll never go back to any DD duck donuts is better anyway

i ordered an egg and cheese with extra egg, a bacon sandwich, and a loaded hashbrown without bacon. my friend ate a sandwich (with bacon). then we realized it was mine w the extra egg. and then realized the hashbrowns had bacon too. went back and she said she couldn’t make the sandwich again bc she bit it? so ok whatever ill pay for a new one. but then she took the hashbrowns and scrapped some of the bacon off. there was 4 hashbrowns left in it and still bacon bits. i’ve gone to this dunkin many times. always forget my extra egg or messing up my order. i’ve worked in fast food and we could never take back food from a customer. let alone give back food that’s already been served. and the one girl always has an attitude. i never order a lot, but they tend to always never cook or toast anything enough.

They did not toast anything. It tasted raw. I can't belive the girls could not make the sandwich right .. she had blone hair and little pink star stickers on face.

Horrible non service. Poor scruffy looking guy was getting yelled at by his trainer. She clearly has no patience whatsoever. I stood there waiting patiently but out of 4 people working there no one even looks at me. And the drive thru wasn't even busy.

Ordered a frozen coffee. Got home. It was ice chips with some diluted flavoring. Seriously, these drinks are $5.
I go her at least twice a week the only thing I can say bad is if I don’t get there early enough I can get my apple and spice donut. Staff is nice,lines always move fast and my coffee is always right. Thank
