I go her at least twice a week the only thing I can say bad is if I don’t get there early enough I can get my apple and spice donut. Staff is nice,lines always move fast and my coffee is always right. Thank

if I could 0 stars I would. I have gone to this dunkin three days in a row because I'm working in the area. I have ordered the same thing everyday and everyday the same things are screwed up. ordered coffee with pumpkin but there's no pumpkin. ordered bacon and avocado toast which is extra and I pay for it but don't receive it. absolutely horrible.

Wow. Waited in line inside almost 10 minutes while a dozen vehicles went by outside. Wasn’t even acknowledged until I turned to leave in frustration. I guess if you want better service you should hit the drive through. Or go somewhere else. Even after I ordered it took another 15 minutes for two friggin coffees. I won’t be back here again.
4-5 times I've gone they either forgot or messed up the order. I'm not a picky person and I have my patienc. if I have to wait 20 min for a walk in after placing it ahead of time then you know it's an issue.

Im Editing my original review from several years ago. I don't know whats going on but my quality of food is horrible. 6 weeks ago i ordered 2 egg bacon and cheddar on sour bread. Of course it wasn't until i had gotten home that both sandwiches the eggs were still frozen in the center. Unfortunately both sandwiches went in the garbage $16.00 and change wasted. When i went back about a week later i mentioned it to someone I was told was management. I did not get offered a refund or new food. I guess my $16.00 sandwiches weren't worth anything to them. All she asked was who made sandwiches and apologized. Then again today I ordered 2 Avocado Toast and was served them with Avocado all over the outside of the boxes which in turn ended up all over my sleeve and car. I also added another Avocado Toast with sun dried tomatoes which I was charged for and they never put the tomatoes on it. While i was in the Drive Thru the kids working had Hip Hop music blaring like a club so they probably never heard to add sun dried tomatoes to the order. When i got home and realized my order was not correct I tried to call 5 times with no answer. They probably couldn't hear the phone above the volume of the music. I was upset that i was handed a box covered and was thankful i was not dressed in work clothes. This Dunkin has gone down hill with a bunch of uncaring young people including management. Its really sad. The kids are pleasant but not concerned over your food quality or how they serve it.
