Fried chicken tasted and smelled spoiled. Also it was overly salty, probably to distract the spoiled taste. Rice and peas was very dry, fresh and tough (No flavor). Very small portions for the price. Jerk chicken wasn’t too bad, it was edible. Chicken soup tasted okay as well.

Ordered a large oxtail dinner ($22) and it was a plate of rice no beans 4 small oxtail. The rice tasted burnt...not real carribean at all...overall the food was disgusting and overpriced gor the amount of nothing you get...never

i got a chicken patty with coco bread 10/10. my friend who doesn’t like pattys loved it too. definitely recommend & the man that was there was very kind.
Wish i could give zero stars. Don't waste your time or money. Ordered a large chicken soup all broth 1 dumplin, 1 potatoe and 1 little piece of corn. The worst I have ever tasted in my life. The ackee and salt fish was the worst I have ever tasted in my life. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TIME OR TASTE BUDS YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND HANGRY.

For eleven dollars, got a protein with three sides. J*** chicken was amazing, melt in your mouth. Plantains were so good and sweet my only complaint is I wish there were more of them. People not familiar with this type of cuisine should know the chicken is bone-in, but that adds to the flavor. Rise was perfectly done and the cabbage was nice and firm. I'll definitely order again.

Been a while since I had been here but they never disappoint. Went with the classics j*** chicken and a beef patty. Awesome as ever. Got Rasta pasta, too, as I've never had it before. I'm one of the three people on the planet that isn't really a pasta fan but it was good.

Best j*** chicken in the Capital Region! Chicken was super juicy and perfectly marinated. I have no problem driving from Albany to Troy for their quality.

Enjoyed the j*** chicken dinner for lunch which included rice and peas, cabbage and fried plantains. Fresh and delicious Ting soda topped it off. Very nice owner. We'll definitely return.
