I usually never leave reviews but this banana rum cake was too good. It did not stand a chance the minute it got to my house. I didn’t even get to take a picture, the plate is empty. The cake was so moist but also had a lightly crispy top. Absolutely delicious.

I tried their gluten free rum cake at a craft fair a couple of years ago and ended up buying the cake. Seriously one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. I just ordered another cake and they shipped it from NY. Excellent service all around and as delicious as I remembered. I’ll be ordering more often. The people I met at the show representing the company were so friendly and warm. I always loved rum cake and hadn’t had any for many years due to my gluten allergy so when he told me they made one I was thrilled. I highly recommend and can’t say enough about my experience. Do yourself a favor and try these insanely scrumptious cakes immediately.

If I could give these caked more than 5 stars I would! They're the best. I used to pick them on the regular at their stand at a local Walmart near where I live from a couple of really sweet ladies who sold them there but the COVID ended that. Yesterday I was surprised to find a nice lady selling them at my local grocery store! This made my day! Just as sweet and delicious as I remembered, life is good.❤️
Got some rum cakes at Mi Casa while buying food today and they are delicious. Great quality and texture and I’ll be coming to the source next time to buy more

We bought two Banana and one Lemon rum cake at the NJ State fair. They were phenomenal! By far the best I've ever had. We even let it sit in the fridge for a week or two and it was somehow even better. 100/10 would recommend 👍🏼
