We’ve ordered from here many times for their family dinners. It’s not the best Chinese in the area but it was a good deal and close by. We’ve always gotten the white rice included with the dinner but tonight I selected the shrimp lo mein for $3 extra. They then called me and said they’d have to check with the chef about switching the rice for the lo mein. Confusing considering it was an option given through their ordering platform on their website. I was hung up on while on hold and when I called back I spoke with someone else. They said my order total was higher than it said when I checked out. When I questioned that, they said the shrimp lo mein was extra and I clarified I had already paid $3 extra based on that selection when ordering. If it should have been more, they should have updated their prices online. They charged the extra amount to my card anyway although I would not have switched the rice for any more than the $3. Sometimes I ask them to include the free egg roll from their coupon, depending on if my daughter wants one or not. Tonight I did but I received another phone call to inform me they would not be including the free egg roll. I’m assuming I upset them by not just accepting the price discrepancy, to penalize with a $2 egg roll is quite sad though. Ordered prior to 5:15 on a Tuesday and didn’t receive our food until 6:45. I’m very disappointed in how we were dealt with as customers tonight and just the experience overall, Hao Wei has lost our business.

Here I ordered shrimp w Broccoli meal, chicken wings with pork rice. which was delicious and the food was very fresh. The chicken wings were very similar to what I had in the city.

Ordered food from here against my better judgment. Wanted to give them a second chance even though I didn’t like the food last time.
This time, it was ready very quick but cooked very poorly. Ordered sesame chicken & general Tsos and both were so over cooked, hard, and dry, it hurt trying to eat them. The boneless spare ribs were also very dry, and the sauce on them tasted bland, just like oil. Pork fried dumplings, which I get from every Chinese place every time I order, were the worst ones I’ve ever had. They had very little meat, way too much wrapper and some were chewy and falling apart, others were burnt.
They put very little effort into the food, and it shows. I will not be coming back— and for locals I recommend Lucky Corner which is nearby and has much better quality food and service.

I got the general tso's and there was literally no chicken in it. It was just the fried breading, I didn't see/taste one single piece of actual meat in the meal. Disgusting and shameful, never again.

Very good food. The spare rib tips were delicious will definitely come back again just for those. The food wasn’t oily or greasy which was refreshing to see. Would recommend! Try the pork lo mein and bbq spare rib tips:)

I always thought that only good and delicious food can be made in big cities... The cooking in this small town restaurant has the taste of a big city. Some of the food is even more delicious than restaurants in big cities. Every order is delicious It can be finished quickly. It's really great. I will subscribe again. And recommend friends who like Chinese food to try this Chinese restaurant cooking for hao wei?

I cannot emphasize enough how much I do not recommend this Chinese restaurant. My experiences have shown a disturbing pattern of dishonesty. The delivery drivers are notorious for stealing food while claiming they delivered it. After waiting outside for my order, it often never arrives. When I call the restaurant to report it, they dismiss my concerns, insisting the driver completed the drop-off, even when I assure them it’s nowhere to be found. They frequently hang up without any resolution, leaving me empty-handed and out of my money.

In addition, I’ve dealt with overcharging issues. When I tried to modify an order, I was charged for duplicate meals I never requested. My attempts to resolve this with my bank went nowhere, as the restaurant claimed they had prepared the extra food. I ended up with no refund and no way to rectify the situation.

The delivery drivers are unprofessional, often leaving my food on the ground and reacting negatively if I don’t tip according to their liking. Customer service has been equally appalling, with rude staff who seem disinterested in helping.

This restaurant will rob you of your money and leave you with no food lol . There are countless other Chinese restaurants in the area that provide quality food and better service. Save yourself the trouble & just do not eat here!

Food is decent. Way over priced but decent. If you order I’d suggest an online service as the people who work here are rude and they take 2+ hours to deliver cold food. Chinese food is everywhere it’s not worth the 2 hour wait for delivery
