Usually the food at the Troy location is generally good. However don’t expect any consistency in food quality or refunds for wrong orders. Tonight my garlic bread with the works came with olives on it. We’ve ordered this appetizer more than 5x in the past. Never has it come with olives. The store refuses to replace or refund the order. They said that’s how it comes. Since it’s never come like this in the past I can safely assume they’re just lying and lazy.

7-1-2024 @7pm I received my food the delivery guy was nuts with the grey pickup truck he had me go and sign in road then get the food out of his bag etc my pizza was in half destroyed I order there a lot I only get bad food when that guy comes wooowowowooeoeowoowowow

I have never had such terrible service. I understand it's a busy Friday night but when you're told 45mins but it's been 2 hours later and still no pizza. First call was 1hr after first call I was told sorry it's a busy Friday night. The pizza is going out the door now.....30minutes later I call again. I was told they only have 1 driver but they would call me back with an ETA. Called back 5mins later told me driver was 10min out. I am writing this still waiting 30minutes later.
