Jacob Alejandro is *the* perfect coffee spot. It’s a very well thought out establishment. I love the unique curated flavors and that they don’t use your typical flavor shots. I’ve branched out and tried so many flavors in my coffee and was pleasantly surprised with every single one of them. Sure you can save a few dollars and get cheaper coffee other places. But I wouldn’t recommend it. You get what you pay for and here you’re getting the BEST. I’d be totally fine if I never had coffee anywhere but here for the rest of my life. The pastries are delicious as well. And the staff is always friendly! It’s not just coffee, it’s an experience.

Amazing coffee and interior design. Typically when you walk into most coffee shops or restaurants that have a beautiful, well thought out decor, the coffee or food do not live up to the effort that’s gone in to walls. This is not the case at Jacob Alejandro. One can instantly smell the quality of coffee being brewed upon arrival and see the interior is eccentric yet opulent. A very welcoming caffeine fuel stop that left me jealous of the locals.

One of the best shops around. Don’t let the on-street parking fool you if you are from out of the neighborhood. You walk farther trying to park at the mall. A spot around the corner is perfectly fine. My pic is the Fruition mocha.Parking: A parking spot may or may not be available in front of the shop, but there will be one nearby. Enjoy a bit of a walk - your doctor recommends it.

THE BEST specialty coffee shop I’ve ever been to with the cozy ambiance, the amazing lattes and scones, and how friendly everyone is! The maple fig latte is my favorite seasonal item. But all year round, my go to is the strawberry milk cold brew! Also, I am always of fan of the sweet scone over the savers!

Ready or not, here comes the holiday-sweet-tooth! And with it comes a very familiar craving for the decadent, above all else. No fear Jacob Alejandro has you covered. With an awe inspiring selection of pastries and seasonal lattes, and the plush-spare-no-expense decor, patrons are enticed to indulge.... I go with the Nutella Cinnamon Roll and the Pistachio Orange Blossom latte. The roll was surprisingly well-balanced. I expected a sweet desert-like confection. But the way the frosting and dough were prepared made for a delicate balance one wouldn't necessarily associate with a cinnamon roll, much less one topped with a generous serving of Nutella... Absolute perfection! The latte was refreshingly mellow and enjoyable. Well done! ??

This coffee shop could easily be transplanted to a big city and hold its own for the quality of the coffee drinks and style. My mom is a pumpkin spice latte kinda person and she was forewarned not to expect the faux pumpkin sugar filled drink from the chain coffee places with questionable coffee... she liked her drink but didn't love it.My BF is the serious coffee connoisseur who declared his latte an A+ My rosemary (and something else but forgot what) was so unique and special, as we passed my cup around the table everyone agreed it was THE BEST. I should add that I ordered it 'as is' and when it arrived it was far too sweet for my tastes and the barista told me to request less sweet next time. Then she must have decided, why not and she remade my drink with less sweetener. Whenever I am in town, this will be my preferred coffee shop. Note: like most places in Troy the access is challenging for people with walkers or strollers.
