I’m giving 3 stars because the sign says they are open until 2pm and I just went there at 12:50 and the door was open and the man at the counter said they are closed and he couldn’t serve me and they are closing early at 1pm today because it is slow. And again it wasn’t even 1pm it was 12:50. I just thought this was ridiculous. First of all if you are closed lock the door. Second if you are closing because it’s slow I am clearly a paying customer and am remedying this...
I love their açaí bowls— the best in Troy / Latham. But it takes an absurd amount of time to get your order *every time* … I even order on Mealeo ahead of time and still, I’m told a 10 minute wait when I arrive. It’s super frustrating. Otherwise, I would order it all the time! They use great granola and ingredients and it’s a good size for the cost.
I should be so disappointed in myself for how I destroyed this all American club wrap and blue ocean smoothie w/sea moss but I have no shame the experience was amazing and the customer service was top tier I appreciate the freshness and quality of the products thank you for being here I will be back soon??
