This was a delicious ramen restaurant in Troy that we had visited for dinner on a Saturday evening. There are about 4 booths and 3 counter height tables inside. We were able to snag a booth after a few minutes of waiting. You order at the counter and they give you a buzzer for your order. The ultimate tonkatsu ramen and the regular tonkatsu ramen were both delicious and I recommend them. A friend said that her curry ramen was a bit too spicy but it did look good. I do like spicy food so I might try that next time.
Ordered the Chicken karage and it was delicious too. Very nice and juicy chicken wings with your choice of sauce. We chose the BBQ garlic and it was ok. Not much flavor to it so I don't recommend that sauce. Service was very friendly!

The ramen here is top notch!!! I ordered the vegan ramen with some additional toppings, and it was incredible. The shoyu broth is delicious, and the toppings were all just as I wanted 👌🏻

The delivery person was nice, but seemed a bit confused if i was the right person. My order was missing a few toppings I payed extra for, and I ordered level 2 spice. Ive had that level at the Albany branch and it was delicious. This time when I tried to slurp the broth there was so much hot oil. My throat closed up and my partner and I almost had to call emergency line. So disappointed with the food.

I really love trying new foods, but the meal quality of Kuma Ani would turn me away from ramen restaurants if I didn't know better. The broth is consistently oily and not a creamy texture. It has often been served with cold noodles. The meat is also typically not tender. I have also tried the Zha Jiang Men and it lacked flavor compared to other Korean restaurants I have tried (or even compared to meal kits from the refrigerated section at the Asian store). The takoyaki is consistently soggy and has too much sauce (probably what causes the texture issue). I have never tried their rice bowl dishes but I am hesitant to order from here again.

The ramen they make is literally the same as eating Mcdonald burgers. It would make no different cooking instant noodles at your home.
Some of the least expensive ramen I've seen around and so much better than the more expensive stuff anyways

Spicy chicken curry ramen was amazing. Flavorful , spicy, and smooth. 10/10 would recommend and will be revisiting in the future. Best first time ramen experience 🍜

I got a beef Ramen bowl. This was my first time trying Ramen and I did not like it because the enitre dish just tasted overpowering beefy in an unpleasant way. I ended up not eating the Ramen and just having the appetizers instead. However, everybody else with me got the peanut noodles and loved them. Honestly, I think that this may have been my fault for not ordering flavors that would taste good together because everything else tasted delicious. Highly recommend the dumplings, seaweed salad, and peanut noodles.
