This was a delicious ramen restaurant in Troy that we had visited for dinner on a Saturday evening. There are about 4 booths and 3 counter height tables inside. We were able to snag a booth after a few minutes of waiting.
You order at the counter and they give you a buzzer for your order. The ultimate tonkatsu ramen and the regular tonkatsu ramen were both delicious and I recommend them. A friend said that her curry ramen was a bit too spicy but it did look good. I do...

The ramen here is top notch!!! I ordered the vegan ramen with some additional toppings, and it was incredible. The shoyu broth is delicious, and the toppings were all just as I wanted 👌🏻

I got a beef Ramen bowl. This was my first time trying Ramen and I did not like it because the enitre dish just tasted overpowering beefy in an unpleasant way. I ended up not eating the Ramen and just having the appetizers instead. However, everybody else with me got the peanut noodles and loved them.
