I’ve tried almost all of the meat entrees and have never been disappointed. The food is always freshly prepared and portions are more than fair for the price. I had j*** salmon last night-excellently prepared generous center cut of salmon. My partner is vegetarian and loves the vegan stew. Make sure and treat yourself to the baileys cheesecake.

So delicious and filling portions. Plantains, oxtail, j*** wings, rice and peas, stewed chicken, salmon, mac n cheese -- it's all flavor rich and delicious. Something for everyone in our home from the carnivores to vegetarians and vegans. Fresh juices are yummy. Specials are good. Consistent win. We pick up M&K for meal trains when friends need some comfort food to get by or we just don't feel like cooking, but still want to eat well.

I order j*** sticky wings with rice and bean and Plantains it was pretty but it wasn’t Caribbean food it lack the spices.

This is truly my favorite restaurant in Troy!Sometimes I order through doordash, other times I stop by in person. The folks working there are always friendly, and the food is always delicious and cooked to perfection. I’ve never had a bad meal from this place, but I especially like the j*** chicken, curry goat, stew beef, and j*** chicken Rasta pasta. The meat is always fall off the bone tender, and the fried plantains are always just right. I wish more people knew about this place. I recommend it to everyone I know.
