The food is great
The staff are super friendly but they need to get rid of HGTV on the big screen. It is very annoying. Have some nice pics of Mexico instead. Nobody wants fake reality TV while having lunch.

As authentic Mexican food as you will find in the states. Friendly and attentive service from people that seem invested. Maybe they actually help in the food process. Cute Mexican decor that is as clear as possible. The place smells clean.
There is a bar that serves cocktails with a tequila twist.

Yes, we were very very disappointed. We ordered a taco salad which is supposed to have sour cream included and there was a drizzle of sour cream so we asked if we could have sour cream and they charged for two small paper smaller than 1/8 of a cupcake $4.50for a tiny little paper container of sour cream. definitely will not be back. $9.50 for a drink and it was filled with ice

I ordered the enchiladas and a tamale. The only thing that I actually ate were the free chips and salsa. My food was disappointing, and I literally cried cause it was the saddest and worst tamale I've ever received in my life. It's a hard pass for me. But the server was lovely and kind.

Better than taco bell

Service was very sweet, we felt bad for her and didn't want to complain but we both sent back our GREEN margaritas. As soon as they were dropped them off we felt very concerned it was going to be all lime juice, and it was in-fact the Jose Cuervo green margarita mix. It was very awful, we felt asneau after 3 sips and decided to send them back. Unfortunately we won't be back unless they email us with a change in their drinks, which is unlikely because the same reviews about the mix go back for several years.

The food sucked. But the people were really kind. We got take out the same thing we get at the other panchos in Clifton park and the one in Clifton park is 100% better and the quality is better. I know that there’s different owners for the franchise and it shows. We got really small portions and my boyfriend’s dish was hard like it’s been sitting out.

Worth a return trip to enjoy the menu. The space is roomy but cozy with booth seating.

The server was friendly and the food came out fast. Otherwise, the food was bland, dry and expensive. I ordered birria tacos, the meat was dry and bland, the sauce tasted like cinnamon over anything else, rice and beans were flavorless and lukewarm. The salsa tasted like a canned tomato puree. I understand drink prices not being listed, but one margarita was $10 and the other was $19. I was shocked that the bill came to $73 for two people. There's much better options in the Capital District, if you want authentic Mexican, and not "typical white people" Mexican.

Extremely small portions when you order online compared to going in person. The tortillas are not handmade despite claiming to be a Mexican restaurant. Looks like they went to taco bell to get my food. I measured the amount of rice they gave me, 2 tablespoons, oof. The "chili" I ordered was also extremely watered down as well, almost not even worth putting in my food at that point.

Also, notice how every positive review is them eating in person... hmm...
