Personal opinion.. Panera is always delicious š. Just picked up an order and it was ready right on time, staff were friendly and the breakfast croissant sandwich was scrumptious. Also ordered a pick two for later (salad/sandwich combo) and some bakery items that I can't wait to dive into. For weekend take-out, panera is my preferred go-to! On the healthier side, quality food that tastes great and the prices are still reasonable!

Just picked up a catering order for bagels, cream cheese and coffee and the service was great! She explained everything by that was in the bag and offered to help carry it to my car.

My family and I are visiting New England and we loved our experience at the Troy New York location. The manager Kevin could tell we weren't very familiar with the menu but he patiently walked us through our entire order. Truly excellent all the way around and I will definitely tell folks traveling this way to check this location out. Really pleased!

The new Croissant Croque Monsieur has WAAAAAY too much carmalized onion. It's literally all you can taste and I ordered double ham. It was so bad that after one bite I removed the slice of bread with the onion spread and cheese and ate the other slice open face with just the ham. Unless you want an onion sandwich, order this one without the onion spread. Also, a Croque Monsieur doesn't traditionally have onion. It would have been far better to simply use a slice of Gruyere cheese with some dijon mustard and call it a day. Disappointing to pay over 11.00 for a sandwich and only be able to eat half. In addition, the wild rice chicken soup was extremely thick and not soup like at all. Very tasty but not an enjoyable texture. Overall, a very expensive disappointing lunch.

Waited for my food for for 30 minutes at the drive through after I ordered. They couldnāt remember what I ordered, and they tell me after I paid that what I ordered isnāt available. Got there with plenty of time to get to work on time yet sitting in the drive through for that extended amount of time made me late for work to get food I didnāt even want because i wanted the new croissant sandwich. Not a substitute . Super slow. Chair and messy. From the window you can hear joking around and laughter instead of working to get things moving with a line forming. This is not the first time experiencing disappointment here.

I donāt ever right a review but I had to. This location has to be the slowest Panera in the country. I was the only one in line, no one inside and I still am waiting for my order after 15 minutes (only two breakfast sandwiches) then I go to pay with cash just now, and she says hold on I need to go to the other register. Every time I come here itās so slow, I am still writing this review as Iām waiting for my food. Do better Panera! Just seen two cars leave behind me smfh

Sandwich was great. The autumn squash soup was extremely watery? The wait in line was over 10 minutes for one car. Not sure why they didnāt have the car park in the designated spots? Instead of holding up the entire line. Nonetheless the sandwich was tasty!

Order was correct and came incredibly fast. Delivery driver was nice and did a good job. I haven't had Panera in about 2 years prior to this. The quality is terrible now. The baguettes look like processed white wonder bread. The 15 dollar sandwich looks like something from a middle school cafeteria. The soup was decent but with a plastic after taste. Panera has always been expensive but usually tasted like it was. This tasted like it coated 5 dollars to make.

INCREDIBLE customer service! Cashier let me sample a drink when I wasn't sure about what I wanted and was SUPER patient and helpful with my order. Food was tasty, I love stopping here after class.

I ordered 2 lattes, a small Mac and cheese and a half sandwich at the drive thru.cost $30 when I home I realized they gave me cold lattes when I expected hot ones. I would of returned them but I didn't have the time Don't you train your employees? I'm not happy, I will think twice before I spend that much for so little quality
