Great bread, as long as you get there early enough they normally have enough in stock, but later in the afternoon it is a toss up. Occasionally there are issues with the ordering pads being down. Sometimes the software will randomly remove things from the menu which you then need to go and ask for manually.

Troy needs a Panera for the Public. Ordered online and go pick it up and was told it's for RPI Students only. Can I get a discount on School Taxes for being excluded from buying food from a already overpriced food chain that only sells to Students?
Generally high priced offerings for what you get. They also always seem to be out of something whenever I go there, such as the pickled onions or bread... They're Panera BREAD, how do they run out of bread on a regular basis?!

Very good customer service here. I ordered the tuna Salad sandwich. Since it was not up on the menu I did not realize it came with a different type of bread than my wife was used to. I pulled back around to let them know I made a mistake by not telling them to use sourdough bread. They didn’t charge me for the fixed sandwich.
