Honestly the food is amazing but the online support and service is completely trash. I put in an online order maybe and hr or so before they closed at “8pm”, the order was accepted but I didn’t see that it would be ready THE NEXT DAY until submitting the purchase ! If that was the case I would have never put the order in. I’ve tried calling the location and staff/owner fail to answer the phone, I understand we get busy but I’ve reached out several different times at different times of the day and still no answer. The information is clearly incorrect on Google and at the location because they are not open til 8pm and appear to rarely be open at all.

The outrageous shake is crazy good! I had the peanut butter, chocolate brownie one and it hit the spot! He uses quality ingredients because I didn’t crash afterward! Derrick is so friendly and kind! He brings your order to you! Very nice Guy! We cannot wait to try more items on the menu! Keep doing what you’re doing! Two happy customers in Rensselaer!

Located in the River Street Market, I finally decided to give Prime Burger a try. With that being said, I ordered a build your own burger, fries, and onion rings. To start, I ordered my burger with bacon, cheese, and prime burger sauce. Knowing that, the burger was very good. The beef was flavorful and fresh, but it was a little overdone for my liking. In addition, the prime burger sauce was delicious. The sauce reminded me of Big Mac sauce and it went great with the burger. Furthermore, the bun was brioche style and tasted fresh. Simply put, this was a very good burger. After that, I tried the fries and onion rings which were both solid. To elaborate, the fries were crinkle cut and were nice and crispy. The fries were very similar to Shake Shack fries. Likewise, the onion rings were tasty. They were crunchy and the onions weren't too stringy. On the other hand, I do have one complaint about this place. To explain, they do not take cash which I've never seen before. Luckily, the person I was eating with had a card on them or else I wouldn't have been able to eat. Really bizarre. To call it a day, Prime Burger has really good burgers, but make sure you bring a credit card.

There's a lot of things wrong with our order. If you select "no bun" they place the paper right on top of your cheese pealing 90% of it off. If you ask for extra pickles you get two more then usual. The fries and onion rings are undercooked. Everything is fresh and tastes good (despite before mentioned undercooked stuff) but if I'm paying $50 for two burgers and a half order of fries and a half order of onion rings why are these things an issue? Very disappointed.Parking: I have parked there before and you have to risk your life to cross traffic that does not care about you.

Burgers are good. Place used to be better tho. Burger usually overly well done, kind of sloppy put together.

Good fries and onion rings. Burgers are decent. Friendly service. The tables were a bit dirty.

It's important to first understand that when we arrived on a Friday evening at about 6:30 there was a band playing adjacent to the vendor where we planned on placing our food order. The music was very loud, the acoustics were poor, and the singer was slightly off key (irrelevant). My wife ordered a single Bistro Burger ($8.68), I ordered a double Build Your Own Burger consisting of Dry Aged Beef patties, bacon, and pepper jack cheese. The price should have been $14.88 (2 patties @ +$2 each). We also ordered the combo of Fries and Onion Rings ($6.95). I also added a Coffee Shake ($5.98) at the last minute which they said would still be added to our credit card even after we were told the total without the shake. Take special note that I mentioned "credit card" because they DO NOT TAKE CASH. There is a sign on their counter to that effect indicating that it's part of an effort to be clean. The sign is ironically next to a container labeled for leaving cash tips. My wife had to use a fork and knife to eat her bistro burger as the Iceberg lettuce did not serve as an adequate substitute for a bun needed to also hold the tomato, Swiss cheese, bacon jam, and horseradish black truffle aioli. And they did give her a lot of lettuce leaves. Neither one of us was asked how well we wanted the patties cooked and they turned out to be served well done, but with nice crispy grilled edges. My wife says the aioli was very good, does not recall tasting any bacon jam, and the cheese seemed nondescript. My initial bite from my burger was just to get a clear taste of the dry aged beef. I didn't notice any of the flavor I expected, but the meat still tasted good. It wasn't until I got home and looked at our receipt that I notice that I wasn't charged the extra $2 for the dry aged beef. The $10.88 charge meant that I received their regular prime, chuck, and brisket blend. I didn't notice any spiciness in the cheese, so I think I may have gotten American instead of pepper jack. Because I didn't specify lettuce and tomato, I didn't get either and the burger was kind of dry. But there was plenty of delicious, crispy bacon. I'm chalking the mishaps up to the loud music making it difficult hear our order. The next time I'll be more careful to ensure that I'm understood, and I'll mention all toppings that I expect. I don't want to overlook the onion rings and fries. The rings were very good with fresh onion rings coated in a crispy breading that was not in the least bit oily. The fries hit a warm spot in my heart. They reminded me of the ones my mother would make for us as kids over sixty years ago. They were crinkle cut with a crispy outside and soft inside. Not too much salt and good potato flavor. The coffee shake texture seemed somehow different. As I write this, I recall that the menu says, "ALL SHAKES INCLUDE WHIPPED CREAM." Not a lot of coffee flavor, but refreshing.
