So disappointed. The food here used to be soooo good. I don't know if they lost their old cook or something, but now the chicken and rice is dry as hell and flavorless. Our orders were also missing the plantains and potatoes that used to come with the meal. Unfortunately, this is the second time in the past couple months that we’ve tried to get food from here and it was like this. Thought the first time was a fluke, but maybe that's just how it is now.
Staff are attentive, polite, and consistently pleasant

I called a half hour before closing as I saw them up on Facebook I called ask if i would get there on time as I live in Schenectady. One of the owner wife was very polite and said yes she would put in my order and I must say I was very please got there 10 min before closing and my food was ready and they greeted me with a smile . And the staff was very nice. No one had an attitude because they were about to close. Got home and food was fresh 😋 and very good 👍 I enjoyed it so much I'll be getting more puerto 🇵🇷 food from there and they prices was great .. Thank you to all who made my night . Michelle
