A slider is 1/4th of a burger at the price of a full burger, it’s literally a slice shaped piece of a full burger. I just got half a burger for $16. I’m glad they have some vegan options but I’m still hungry and could have bought two full burgers elsewhere for that money. And it took 40 minutes to make.

Went 12/30/25 during the soft opening. The front door was locked even though we could tell the restaurant was open because we could see another couple inside eating. Finally someone came and let us in and said it was a mistake for the door to be locked. The service was extremely slow even though there was only one other table, and the waiter was extremely short with us. It was very difficult to get the staff's attention and took forever to get our check. I foolishly went back this past Friday. We were seated and the waiter brought us water and took our order. We then sat there for an hour, no one came and brought us more water or told us how long it would be until we got our food or checked on us at all. After trying and falling to get the staff's attention to ask when we might be eating we finally gave up and left to go eat somewhere else. The food is fine but I won't be back again. I have worked as a waitress and understand that restaurants get busy but even considering that, the service was atrocious both times.

This was very sad for us. We used to frequently patronize the Schenectady location, and had also been to the troy location and loved them! We went on a Sunday 6p and there were a few other tables but overall felt empty and lonely. Ot is a huge space for the tables, and especially as most were empty. This is very unlike the other locations were! (Packed)
The service was poor, we sat a long time between each step.. before being approached, before drinks, before ordering , before food came, before check came etc. Frustrating for a casual restaurant. Only smile we got from server was at check time.
The food was lackluster. Glad to have 3 vegan options but they were so small (smaller than a Morningstar 'wing'!). The garlic parm fries were tasteless, cheese not melted at all). They were out of pretzels ;(
The games In the back as entertainment were the only saving grace but did cost $.

We walked in and seated ourselves, as the sign said. It also said that someone would be over to help us. After waiting about ten minutes, nobody came. This was a little before 5:30 in the afternoon, and while there were some bar patrons, it was still early and we were the only people seated at a table. It was not busy and the people who were there were just standing around with drinks. So I took the initiative and went up to the bar and ordered from the menu. After about 20 minutes, another group came in and sat at the table next to us. The server came by and took their orders immediately, and soon, their food came. We had now been sitting for 40 minutes and waiting 30 minutes for our food, and the table that came in 20 minutes after us had gotten served. Now OK, fine. Sometimes this happens. But - the server never came by to check on us or to let us know that our food was on its way, so I approached her and asked, politely, if our food was almost ready. She said she’d go check and be right back. Another ten minutes, and nothing at all from her. Finally, we decided to leave; We had been at our table for 50 minutes with one drink and some water and the table next to us had finished their food. We approached the bartender, who was holding our tab, to have him remove the order because our food never came, and he did, but surprisingly didn’t even offer to comp us for the one drink that we had. We were patient, quiet, and polite during this whole situation but the lack of any kind of communication from the server topped by the bartender still charging us for a drink was extremely frustrating. If you go, the food is probably good (based on having eaten at their previous location). But make sure you’re paying attention to see if they’re paying attention.

Although we were out-of-towers, this felt like such a cute local spot and just had a really good vibe. Sliders were good and we loved the fun cocktails. But the best part was everyone who worked there - the service was good, and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Very happy with our visit there.

A couple weeks ago our building caught on fire and they invited us and the children of our daycare to go sit in there until their parents came and pick them up. They treated with respect and kindness. I very much appreciate it. On another note the food is delicious and the staff is lovely
