It makes me sad to write this review, I use to love the food an service but lately the food has been horrible to the point I even got sick ( seafood Lo-mein), I told the lady at the counter and she didn’t offer a refund or discount, I chose to give this place another chance an ordered fried jumbo shrimp and as soon as I opened bag to take one out I could see they were all saturated with oil…again told the lady about it and nothing was done to make it right… Today was my final chance to give them and again ordered jumbo shrimp and they were saturated in oil…I told the lady i have spent money on lo-mein and now jumbo shrimp twice without getting refund or food made again that I already paid for!! The lady just laughed at me and said next time we will make the food better….horrible way to run a business and horrible customer service, sadly I will be finding another Chinese food place to eat.

The quality of the food has changed drastically since the original owner sold this place. The new owners act like they are doing you a favor by selling food and that you are obligated to take their food as they choose to prepare it. And if you complain about it like I did, you get told to go somewhere else? So that is exactly what I will do, I will take my money and I will go somewhere where the customers are valued and my food is going to be prepared the way I ask for it and the way I'm paying for it to be prepared. That is all.

Let me start out by saying i loved this place not only was there customer service outstanding in person and on the phone but there food was delicious. The owner would sometimes leave an inspirational or sweet note attached to the food ?Jenny sold the business and even though they said they are using the same recipe’s they are not, I got a combo of sesame chicken extra crispy with plain lo mein. You have to tell them crispy because if not its soft and squishy ? so I even said extra crispy and it was gross the sauce was completely different and the plain lo mein was covered in this weird sauce which was also gross, I new something was up when jenny wasn’t answering the phone anymore :( I gotta find a new chinese spot now because I will not be ordering order from them again, waste of money!

This was the first time I've ordered from their. I have to say i was really impressed, the best chines food I've had in a long time. I ordered the bonless ribs and veggie fried rice. The boneless ribs were flavorful and not a bunch of fat and grease. The vegtable friend rice was good and that didn't taste like a bunch of grease either. Whatever cooking oil they use is great because i could taste the flavor of my meal without a grease flavor. I also ordered fried pork dumplings and those were delicious as well..
The only thing that has me puzzled is I ordered online and to be picked up i was charged something different from what was on the order in the email i got veryfying my order. My online receipt sais with tax all together 21 dollars and some change when I paid at the register it was 24 dollarsa and change, i gave a two dollar tip. That's my only beef with them.
Spring Garden has peak customer service, a welcoming friendly atmosphere, and some of the greatest food Lansingburgh has to offer that is always made fresh and hot. Rating 5 stars cannot even begin to define just how amazing the experience is every time I order from here.

The food was delicious and the price definitely worth it. I had it delivered and the driver was very nice I tip $5 .Homemade Sweet Tea 10 out of 10.Broccoli and Shrimp 10 out of 10.Crab Rangoon 7 out of 10 only because I don’t like sweet Crab Rangoon.I like the original cream cheese taste, and it was not crispy it was more of a soft dough.
