The employee was amazing, attentive and fast. $44.87 for 3 regular menu subs and two drinks is wild. We are in the area visiting friends, everything else is closed. Up north we can go to a restaurant for this price. I can’t foresee this chain lasting much longer in the area.

Web site says they open at 8AM but this store decided they weren’t busy enough and they open at 9AM! Not a problem if they would let the customers know about it!!!!

I went in for a sub, kid was about to go on break and made me a sub, as I’m leaving two people walked in and kind of harassed the kid while he was on break I feel awful, tipped him 5 bucks for the troubles being he couldn’t get a break, it’s unfortunate.

There was a kid working really hard hard by himself , he was on break it appears as multiple customers wouldn’t allow him a break. It seems they were harassing him to continue to work during his break very unfortunate. I hope this kid sees a raise.

Got kicked out of the store with my son because the kid didn’t want to make any subs for us or the other customer. I would like to request him to be fired. Was going to call the cops for harassment his bulgarity language yelling saying he was on break and couldn’t do anything.

I literally walked in at 8:30 PM door and google say you close at 9PM. Another person walked in at 8:40PM and yelled “yo” and the employee walked out and said my bad we’re closed. What do you mean you’re closed I’ve been waiting since 8:30PM and the door doesn’t say you close early. Buddy was just lazy and doesn’t want to work. Don’t go here place had music blaring and straight up lied about the door being closed…..

I was in the area and decided to make an order.

Ordered 3 sandwiches for my family; one of them turned out to be the wrong sandwich, 2 had the wrong toppings, and none of them had all the toppings in the order. at-least one of the sandwiches was missing cheese.

When I got home after a 20 min bus ride and found the issue, I looked up a support system; and the only way to get a re-fund or anything is to go back to the store with the sandwich.

That would have been another 40 min (going there and back) plus waiting for the bus.

I went into sub.Way in Lansingburgh and ordered a 6 inch sub and a medium Coke. The girl charged me $17.80 on my way out the door she said to her co-worker. Oh I thought it was a twelve inch so i stopped and i said did you charge me for a 12 inch? She said no I charged you for a 6 inch so when I got home. I checked online realized she overcharged me. I went back to get my money and she was very rude. Disrespectful, and would not refund my money. Contacted The corporate office. I expect a full refund

Tragic Fire7932

I went to this subway and the people working there were very rude, they closed early 20 minutes early the last time I went there. They were sweeping while the person was making my sub. They got my order wrong and charged me for extra meat which I did not say. They wanted me to say my order quicker and because of their impatient attitude they got my order wrong.
