No matter how many times we order from Taco Bell, they get it wrong. How hard is it to read? Something as simple as "no lettuce" is too complicated.

This is Taco Bell in America. every single time I go to place an order at the drive-through at 11 PM or later tell me that their system is down that I have to place the order through an online app either that or they tell me their credit card machine is down I have never been satisfied with the food or service at this establishment. if you can avoid this place at all cost after 8 PM. I don’t know how the franchisees haven’t addressed this issue after two years, it is honestly dumbfounding how they keep hiring staff that does this. please avoid this place, go to the one up the street across from the target on route four it is about a five minute drive away from this and actually takes the orders and make good food

Quesadilla was cold, taco was cold and missing the sour cream, no napkins in the delivery bag, no straw, not a single sauce that was ordered. Highly don’t recommend this place as they suck in every single way.

3 separate occasions I've tried to go through the drive through during regular business hours. All three times I have been turned away via intercom system saying they are no longer accepting orders. How does a drive through taco bell not accept orders at 630 pm on a Friday?
Lousy! We stood in line at the counter waiting for someone to take our order. I had to call out to someone and ask if anyone is taking orders. Then I was told it would be a wait or we could just order thru the kiosk. So if I hadn't asked, I would still be standing at the counter. Then I couldn't find everything I was looking for at the kiosk so when I asked and she told me where to look, it wasn't there. So I didn't get everything I wanted.

We ordered two beef chalupas, a nachos bell grande, and three supreme tacos. What I actually received was five regular tacos (and they were not good). The sticker on the bag had it all printed out too, so it's not like they gave me someone else's order. Was it a late night order? Yes. Should that matter? No. If you don't want to fulfill late night orders, then don't be open late. And the hospitality company that responds to these reviews can shove it because they don't actually do anything but give you lip service. This is a problem at every taco bell I've ever ordered from late at night, whether it be in person or delivery. I wanted my beef chalupa! Failed. Jokes on you guys anyway because I got a refund for the crappy, incorrect food I received. How you like them apples?
