I waited 49 minutes for a burrito there was a total of 8 workers that I could see 3 were on there phones watching movies 1 took 4 bathroom breaks in the span of 5 minutes and that same employee ordered 3 12 packs of tacos making other people make them and others were just standing there and I watched them throw out over 10 burritos that took them 30 minutes to make then they closed the lobby and then later closed the drive through there was absolutely no one in the drive through and only 2 people in the lobby and it was still taking them 30 minutes do not ever go here

Why be open till 1 am if you stop taking orders before that. Showed up at 12:45 they had their coats on the counter ready to leave and told me they were done taking orders for the night.

I never give bad reviews. I went through the drive through to get lunch for my family. I was told they aren't taking orders due to them going through and incident. Thats messed up people were still coming in and out of the drive thru and the dining room food. They have messed up my order on countless occasions but I'm a nice guy and don't want to mess up any person's day. Looking at the reviews I dont think I'm the only one with issues.

Used Door dashes reorder to fix a mistake in a sealed bag, so the restaurants fault. Got another huge mistake in another sealed bag. Back to back terrible service.

Literally have never received the full order. Ordered a crunch wrap, 2 tacos, a cheesy roll-up, and 15 nuggets through the taco bell app. Picked up the bag which contained exactly 0 nuggets. What is even happening here?
