Was recommended by the staff downstairs at the confectionary, and was very pleased! Tiffany behind the bar was fantastic! Food was great and loved the drinks. If you are in Troy you have to check it out. Worth it!!

Food and service were extraordinary. Staff went out of their way to find our party of six a quieter table so we could enjoy a 'mini-rpi reunion.' The food was exceptional especially the pea cake and the cauliflower.
There were about 10 appetizers and only 3 entrees, which were all pasta. It was a very odd set up. The portions were incredibly small AND you had to PAY FOR bread! It was extremely expensive for such small portions.

Waitstaff was very attentive, made sure that every course was to our liking (which they absolutely were!). For two people, recommend 4-5 shared dishes, leaving room for the delicious desserts.
We had a great time celebrating our friends 88th birthday. The food was excellent as was the service. This was the first time we encountered the idea of sharing plates and it was throughly enjoyable tasting the different dishes. Our server answered all of our questions and was very attentive and friendly as were the other staff. The birthday girl loved Pecks and believe me she is hard to please. I have already recommended Pecks to friends.
