Nooooo. Please don't close this location!!! Downtown has gotten so bad with the panhandlers that I can't go there for lunch anymore and now you are closing this location? Please consider doing takeout only and closing the dining area. I remember going to the batting cages when I was 12. I'm officially done with NY. This was the straw that broke me. I'm heading to SC next year.

I ordered two fish fries and only got one in pieces. I went back and they replaced the fish fries. However my roll was wet. I just eat the fish since the roll was water logged. His store is going down hill.

I went to the North Troy location Ted’s Fish Fry, they used to be good at making the food cooked to order. I ordered four fish fry’s and two large fry’s and a large onion rings. The cheese fry’s looked like they gave me a small order same with the onion rings. I think the Menand’s location had better service and more cheese fry’s when I had ordered a large.My onion rings were not cooked to order they tasted like they were old. I just hope. In the future I hope the Troy location gets workers that take care of their customers and cook the food fresh to order.
I love Ted’s and have been coming here for over 50 years. But now? I have to wait in line forever while they fill Grub Hub orders. I hate you “Grub Hub”! Unfortunately, I’ll have to go somewhere else for my take out, because this has happened the last 4 times I’ve gone here. Sorry Ted’s, I’ll miss you!!!!

I love teds fish fry ! Everything ive tried on the menu has been great ! My favorites are the fish fry ,cheese burgers , onion rings , French fries and nobody but teds has black raspberry shakes like they do ! Handicap parking and access are a plus too !!

Delivery is very very inconsistent. We frequently have missing items. The food itself is always well made, fresh and satisfying but it's very frustrating to be missing something off of nearly every order.

Was disappointed for the first time. They charged me for extra fries and cheese. And only got the fries that was supposed to come with my fish dinner. The fish was cooked till it was dry and hard. Never experienced this before there. Very disappointed.
