In need of a sugar fix??? This is the place! We went in to get a few cookies for desert. We didn't realize a few cookies equated to a few dozen!😂 They were all tasty. Real tasty!

The big Eclairs are delicious. Their new offering of bagels are okay. Usually overdone and if you order delivery they are always the overdone ones you get. Never ordered their pies or cakes but they look delicious. Service is always very nice

The Cookie Factory is a cute bakery, and the treats look delicious, I got their individual cheesecake, it looks much better than it tasted. It wasn’t creamy, rather dry, not very flavorful, I was disappointed.

11/10 stale stale pastries- could not have been freshed baked - hard and at least a day old!!! So were the almond cookies- hard.
This review is basically for their new bagels and breakfast sandwiches. I am all about kettle boiled bagels. Theirs look a little overdone but they are not. They are really delicious. Even going out of my way a bit to get them. Only thing missing is a drive thru! Thank you

Me and my husband went there 5 minutes before they opened, people were waiting on line to pay. I don't know if she was the owner or manager there she says to us there not serving breakfast at this time but she was rude she had an horrible attitude. It not what she said but how she said it. If there not serving breakfast then don't have your door unlocked and have customers in there. Never gonna buy anything there cause of there rudeness.
The begals are the best ever....

Tried there subs yesterday they were very good besides the bread it was rock hard need be little softer and my husband got a Ruben they didn’t have Russian which is odd other then that everything was delicious. I will try again .
This bakery is all style, no substance. The pastries look decent, but everything I tried was bland and clearly made with cheap ingredients. Dry cake, fake-tasting frosting, and zero flavor. Disappointing all around. Won’t be back. I suggest the Placid Baker if you desire quality.

Cute bakery with cakes, cookies, scones, drinks, friendly staff.
Ordered a custard with berries on top. After the first bite, I had to check my pulse to ensure I hadn't died and gone to heaven. 10/10
This review is long overdue..
I got seven layer fudge cakes for celebrations, be it a bad boss or coworker leaving, a birthday, or Christmas. It has never disappointed. Ever. It's a rich, thick, chocolatey cake that would satisfy even the most wild chocolate cravings. Y. U. M. Is all I need to say. If you love chocolate, this is for you.
And the cheesecake. A dense, rich thing. We've had strawberry, and caramel. Ohh boy. The cheesecake has a hint of lemonyness that is just perfect. It's dense, and thick. And HUGE. You can't go wrong. And they have little cheesecakes that are so good, as good as the big ones, just smaller. I'd give this place more stars if I could. Seven. We often rank this place with the cheesecake factory.. I saw a rum cake in another review. I didn't know they made that and I'll try that one next!
Enjoyed the cinnamon stick and the corn muffin. I wish I could eat the whole garbage bread loaf. I like carrot cake. I wish they would make it without the frosting .
Just looks olde nostalgic and its all so good no matter what you like pastry donuts breads pies cakes dough and the people are so nice
