What a hidden gem in Troy! Wonderful owners and one of the best BBQ places we have come by in the area.True BBQ is supposed to have crispy bark! So if you’re not into that do NOT come eat here and leave a poor review because of it!Really great crunchy coleslaw, pulled pork was great, and the pulled chicken is on the money. Not to mention the wonderful brisket!We will definitely be back with more friends next time! Thanks again :)

My Wife, 8 month old son, and I stopped here for a late lunch on Mothers Day. What a treat! Probably the best brisket I’ve ever had - tender, juicy, a nice smoke ring and tasty outer crust. The BBQ sauce also doesn’t overpower the taste of the meat. I ordered the two meat sampler and the portions also very generous, great pulled pork as well! My wife ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the bun was ever so soft. We also ordered six of the Sweet Chili smoked wings, definitely...

I have enjoyed ordering from Iron Works. The pulled pork and coleslaw is great. I always make sure to order extra cornbread because it is addicting. They heated up my food for me again at no extra charge after I was set back when picking up my order. Very friendly staff! I'll be back!
