Would be 5 except for one thing. I have been here 2x in 3 weeks. I got the same item each time. One experience was not like the other. My sandwich was so overdressed the 2nd time it fell apart. So, just ask for the dressing on side. And then it would be perfect again. Very pleased that this spot is so close to my new home and that it has vegetarian options.Oh. The apple ginger tea is great.Vegetarian options: I got the garden salad sandwich which was very good. Tomatoe soup is also good.

Hostess was a bit of a downer, I felt depressed dealing with the gloomy person, but the waitress was great and so was the food.

Food was simple, a no thills meal. But I did feel I got value for money spent. Service was ok. I didn't wait long to eat, but I waited a while to pay the bill to leave.

I just wanted a simple chai latte. Then I had the displeasure of receiving the worst chai latte I’ve ever had. It was disgusting. It wasn’t even a chai latte. I figured it would be the safe option but yikes. Normally try to at least choke things down but I couldn’t even do that here. I asked for whole milk and honey but there was no way any sweetener was added. Had no flavor. Tasted like actual poo. However, I do like their various tea mixes and other tea accessories. I have a rose tea sample from here I quite like.

A great spot for brunch or lunch in the Collar City! Their three tiered Afternoon Tea is a must. On top, choose between any of their sandwiches, paninis, savory crepes or quiches, while on tier two you can choose a house salad or one of their three soups, or upgrade to a specialty salad or bowl of soup for a few dollars more. On the bottom, choose a scone, or for a small upcharge, choose a cake slice or sweet crepe. I opted for the Apricot, Ham & Brie sandwich, which is delicious. The bread is like a cloud - it's so pillowy! The house salad is just ok, nothing special. I'd recommend going with a specialty salad for a small upcharge. For the sweet tier, I ordered the fruits of the forest scone, which is full of berries, and comes with strawberry jam and clotted cream. It was fantastic - not dry at all! For my drink, I ordered a pot of the seasonal Gingerbread Tea, which was awesome. I highly recommend it! Overall, it's a great spot, but like many other reviews have mentioned, the service is usually lacking as it was at the time of my visit. The staff seems to be very overwhelmed, which means you'll likely wait a little for your food.

Loved everything about this place. The food, the drinks, the service, the ambiance; everything was great. There are hot and cold tea options for all sorts of tastes and great food choices, including gluten and dairy free options. Will definitely be returning!Dietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy free options in both drinks and food.Parking: Parking around the block and avoiding meters is recommended.

Didn’t even get to eat. Walked in, the young lady says, we don’t open until 10. I’m like oh 5 minutes, her response 7 minutes. Lost our business, certified did not feel welcomed.
