We live in Albany but decided to go to Troy for something different to do. Vivian's came up on our Google search for bars, and what a great find. It was late afternoon/early evening so it wasn't very busy. You could tell that it's a local hangout and everyone knew each other. Everyone, including the other customers, were extremely nice and we had about an hour of cocktails, laughs, and conversation. Will definitely go back next time we go to Troy.
