Food is really good here. The place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but don’t judge it by the cover. Staff is friendly, portions are solid, and they always get the order right. Worth stopping in.

We have had food from Yip's once a week for a long time and have had the best chinese food available. The owners are very nice and have our food ready at the time they gave us. We always call in our order. I would recommend it to anyone.

I've gotten takeout twice now and am so glad to have found a reliable Chinese restaurant in the area. It's not got a big selection of vegetarian dishes, but the General Tso's bean curd and the veggie egg foo young were both delicious with ample portions.

Broccoli 🥦 & garlic sauce was excellent! Egg drop soup was excellent! Fried Scallops was excellent! Friendly people. I will go back again. I would suggest putting a big open sign with balloons 🎈 on it so people notice. Thank you!

Ordered via DoorDash because of a promo. Food was cooked PERFECTLY. Didn’t get to take a pic because I devoured it. Asked for extra spicy for one and they fulfilled! Good was so fresh/hot I had to blow on some of the chicken after the first bite burnt my mouth, haha.

$50 worth of food went in the trash. The chicken I received was so rubbery and tendon filled. I could not eat it. Pure grizzle.
Absolutely terrible. Worst Crab Rangoon I ever tried to eat. Hard as a rock. I will never order here again, and I will tell everyone I know.

Yips is in a building that formerly housed another Chinese place. The previous place went totally nuclear before closing. Yips has that hurdle to overcome. I decided to give them a try today. We got 2 orders of Sesame chicken combo platter. Took less than 15 minutes (we waited). Was surprised, ordered white meat chicken, and got exactly that. Cooked well, hot, and tasty. The lady at the counter was pleasant, cost was on average for local Chinese. Kitchen and dining area were spotless compared to previous owners. WILL RETURN. I recommend. Hope they keep it up.

Under new ownership. Ordered takeout, watched them make it. Very fresh, very friendly, and gave us hot tea for our wait. Will go back!

They have a new owner. The place looks really clean and I ordered the shrimp lo mein and it’s pretty good. Staff is also really friendly. I recommend this place.
