Them he wine was very good. The owners are very knowledgeable about the different wines and provided great detail about the different grapes. The atmosphere is very relaxing with outside seating available with beautiful views of the vineyard and the hills. They have a nice selection of dry white and red wines. There a couple sweeter wines but the majority are dry which is my preference. We did the wine and chocolate experience which I highly recommend.
Was visiting Ithaca so we went to the Taughannock Falls and checked out Bet the Farm Winery. We had a fantastic experience of doing the tasting which lead to a favorite glass of wine, then needing to get a couple bottles to bring home, to even joining the wine club! A much more intimate experience than some of the larger wineries in the area, in a good way! Wine tastings are reasonably priced and there are several different options ranging from a traditional tasting to food/chocolate/cheese pairings. They have curated meat and cheese boards as well as a grab and go fridge with more food and paring options. The wine itself was fantastic and offered some unique styles I haven’t seen elsewhere.
