I ordered food online and recieved a totally different order, after watching the delivery driver go by my house 3 times and calling the shop to confirm my address after years of delivery here i was told there was nothing they will.do because there online order didn't match my screen shots they do not rely on online orders or a customers word ? and i cought them! To bad i tip good, sucks to be me!

My favorite pizza in Tupper Lake! I've been eating here my whole life, and the quality of pizza has never strayed. Sometimes the wait times can vary, but it's well worth waiting.

A staple here in Tupper. I think we order from here at least twice a week when we’re in town.I enjoy their pizza but I love their wings. Employees-Drivers are always pleasant.

Staff is horribly rude. Pizza is inconsistent. Sometimes it's doughy other times burnt. Unless Tim makes it. Amateur hour in Tupper. Needs better staff. If they spent the amount of time inside cleaning as they do outside smoking cigarettes the quality might be better. Whole place needs a revamp and menu update. I have worked in food service and will say the place is filthy. I can't imagine what USDA food safety would rate it.

I always order delivery and have never posted a review before. I have been eating guidos since I was little, many changes over the years, and some inconsistency from day to day depending on the cook etc. I however have always been a fan of the calzone with the ricotta goodness, my last two purchases have been very disappointing and not like I have been served before. I gave a second chance but to order out these days for us is a luxury and to be disappointed twice expecting what we are used to and didn't receive.

I can't speak to the pizza, as I have only ordered chicken wings; but each time I have, they have been outstanding! The wings are very big (says jumbo on menu - not kidding!), very juicy, and have perfectly crispy skin (I order well-done/extra crispy and have not been disappointed). For sauces, I've tried the Buffalo medium, sweet and sour, and BBQ - all were great! Thanks Guido's, I will be back.
Next time let me know when you delivered the food.

We had to wait a hour plus for pizza and bread sticks. when it arrived it was burnt and nasty would not order again

The entire experience was extremely disappointing. It took an hour and half for the food to arrive, and when it did.. the calzone was the size of my palm, and the jalapeño poppers were rock hard. Totally not worth the money and very disappointing.

Good food normally and respectful delivery folks. However, taking orders they can seem lazy at times at how the take the order or mood they are in as they speak to you. They do make good on complaints tho and much respect for this.
