Little Italy Reviews
I waited over an hour and a half with my fiancé for a simple pizza and wings, yet everyone else seated AFTER us got their food first. Little Italy was once a well-established restaurant in Tupper Lake, known for its delicious food and great service, and has been a staple in the area for almost 20 years. The restaurant offered a beautiful dining atmosphere, with popular options like gluten-free pizza, chicken parm, and meatball subs. Customers appreciated the friendly staff, clean building, and the complimentary bread served with dinner. However, recent reviews indicate that the restaurant has faced challenges, including long wait times, inattentive waitstaff, and issues with service quality. One customer shared their frustration after waiting over an hour and a half for pizza and wings, only to experience dry, flavorless wings and warm sodas, with poor attentiveness from the waitress. Despite these problems, the restaurant was highly regarded for dishes like chicken parm, winter salads, clam chowder, and shaved ham sub, and was considered a favorite spot for many locals. The establishment's reputation for excellent Italian cuisine and good value remains, though recent experiences suggest a decline in service standards.
