This place was mediocre at best. Food was okay, nothing special. But the service? Rough. I had to flag someone down 4 or 5 times just to pay or get anything I needed. Felt like I was invisible. And then, on top of that, they hit me with an automatic 18% gratuity that kind of tip should come with actual service, not being ignored half the time. Definitely not worth it. Not planning on going back.
It’s not my responsibility, to pay a fair wage to your workers, I usually tip well, but seeing an automatic 18% and yall wanted a tip on top of that, that’s insane between the gratuity charge and tip it would’ve been almost 40%-50%
Great food and service!
Great Italian joint. Friendly staff clean building. Bread with dinner. Chicken parm with meat sauce was excellent big portion nice and crispy just the way it should be!
Food was OK. I wasn’t my favorite. I got spaghetti and it Very yummy, but it was very salty. I think it would be better if it was made fresh. I Don’t like food if it’s not mainly fresh . The service was OK not what I want expected. Waitress did not put my mom’s spare on the tab so she needs to get fired. This restaurant sucks half the time I’ve ate there was good but this time it wasn’t the greatest.
I waited over an hour and a half with my fiancé for a simple pizza and wings, yet everyone else seated AFTER us got their food first. Went and told the boss and got an annoyed apology and that they had a lot of take out orders etc. The wings eventually came out but were dry and flavorless and our sodas were piss warm. The waitress didn't even offer a cup of ice like the others did with their customers and she was NOT very attentive to us. We used to love coming here but in my opinion, unfortunately it's gone down hill. The service isn't what it used to be... definitely not worth the $58.
Excellent! A perfect lasagna with a good and calm ambient.
Stopped here on our way up to Potsdam. Did not expect much. Very pleasantly surprised. We had winter salads, clam chowder and a shaved ham sub. All were yummy. Nice server. Comfortable and super relaxed. Glad we stopped, will definitely stop by again when driving through.
We got the baked Ziti and the crispy chicken Volcano wrap, and holy CRAP the food was sooooo good. Service was excellent, our waitress was sweet and likeable. Drinks were also good. The dining room itself is a bit dated and the walls could use a wipe down (ceiling down) but that's if I'm being really nitpicky. Thank you for the amazing meal!

Giving it one star only bc 0 stars are not an option. Entered establishment and sat there for over 10 mins at the bar and not one person greeted us. Made eye contact with the bar servers and still no acknowledgment. Got up and left with no plans of returning in the future.

Tried both places Tupper Lake and Saranac Lake. The service at Saranac was much better. The server at Tupper Lake only spoke and was friendly to locals?! Neither place overwhelmed with either their pizza or calzones. The salads and garlic knots were good at Saranac Lake and our friends enjoyed the lasagna there.

Pizza had no cheese. Sub was sparse on a bulky dry sub roll. One thing piece of cheese and bare minimum of roast beef. Very disappointed ☹️
