Fries half filled, workers extremely disrespectful and the place is literally falling apart. Management change needs to be taken place and completely new staff. There is no reason to be rude because you did YOUR job wrong.
Today at 5 PM I stopped at McDonalds in Tupper lake and tried to order 2 shaked. The girl that was at the window where you pay stated the ice cream machine was down. Not a big deal until I asked when it was expected to be fixed. I asked her when they expected it to be fixed. I was informed that it was working yesterday but I asked for a shake yesterday and was told that it was still down. Still not a big deal but instead I ordered 2 of the frozen Fantas. The Manager Dave is very rude and unprofessional! Food is cold and not fresh. McDonald’s in Tupper Lake sucks!
