An absolute experience. The chef makes a phenomenal plate that’s traditional yet exciting. The staff is super attentive and the atmosphere is eclectic. The cocktails are inventive and absolutely delicious.

My first time at The Woodshed tonight and I was totally in awe. The atmosphere is warm, relaxing, quirky and inviting. The food was absolutely incredible. The menu is unique and tasteful balanced by a nice mix of craft cocktails. Emma, the barmaid, was friendly, attentive and excelled at making drinks. Having worked in the restaurant business part time over the years, I am very attentive to details. This place runs so smoothly. From the minute we walked through the door the staff was kind and welcoming and they all worked harmoniously to handle a busy Valentine’s Day crowd. They never skipped a beat. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others.

Amazing atmosphere and service. Was visiting Tupper lake for the evening, and so happy we discovered this gem of a restaurant. A small curated menu delivered one of the best meals my fiancé’ and I have had in a long time. The steak dinner was what I typically expect to pay $10-20 more for. The decor made us think of Edgar Allen Poe, and was fun to find unique oddities hidden around the establishment. We recommend visiting 100%.

Initially checking out the website had us wondering if Woodhouse was more focused on aesthetic than quality food, but we had an amazing experience. I got the chicken skillet and my husband got the burger. Both dishes were above and beyond. It was hard to choose a beer/cocktail because the menu was so intriguing, but both of us were happy with our choices! The Sangre Snow was refreshing and flavorful. We’re not dessert people, but each got a slice of pie, and couldn’t decide who’s was better. On top of that the atmosphere was gorgeous.
